Our passion for growing plants and our interest in diverse flora and fauna led to the creation of an environment for our home. The garden evolved from growing herbs for medicinal and culinary purposes to a varied and exotic tree collection and producing all our own fruits and vegetables for our family. Fundamentally our health relies on good quality food which is full of minerals and free from posions (pesticides). As the  bulk of commercial farming revolves around the chemical farming system we decided to produce our own food. This garden has grown to over several acres in size and has been producing and evoloving for over 35 years.
